The place was picturesque and gorgeous and the staff were wonderful, the location was tranquil to local coastline. Location: the hotel was adjacent to the river, a beautiful Cornish valley that was teeming with wildlife, including pheasants from nearby Caerhays and a restaurant or public house for an evening meal. Also, it was 10 minutes drive to Caerhays Castle.

Stayed here for 3 nights with my animals, had a very relaxing stay. I had delicious and fantastic breakfasts with terrific home made bread and organic options, for instance. This hotel was set in a remote area really close to the pond which has chickens, pheasants and ducks all roaming freely, stunning beaches and ports and duckpond on the Roseland peninsular.
